Cold Brew Iced Coffee Makers for 2020 are an easy way to get excellent quality cold coffee every time. The cold brewing process takes longer but results in less bitterness and less ice necessary to make your iced beverage. Be careful, though, if you’re an iced coffee lover because using cooks brew will result in a much stronger drink than hot coffee iced down, so it will not only have higher caffeine content but a much stronger coffee flavor. If you’re going to be adding sweeteners or flavoring, you will need more using cold brew than icing hot coffee. Anyhow, I’ve made cold brew a few different ways, and even purchased some cold brewers.

1. Toddy Cold Brew System
Toddy is the quintessential cold-brew maker. It comes in a commercial size, which makes roughly 2.5 gallons, or in a home-use size, which produces approximately 6 cups of coffee concentrate. Spend a little money, and it’ll be worth it. You’ll be slinging the best coffee in town.
2. Veken Cold Brew Iced Coffee Maker
The material can withstand the temperature difference. Also, it has a compact design and does not take up a lot of space. It can take a few knocks. However, if you drop it from any height, it will break. So, you have to make sure to be very careful with it.

A regular coffee maker is the Maxwell House of coffee makers if you know what I mean. Pods are OK, I guess, kind of the lazy man’s way to make coffee, which I don’t particularly like. I enjoy the process of making my coffee, especially in the morning, it’s one of the joys of my life, making my coffee and making my breakfast.
4. OXO Good Grips Brewer
I bought one a couple of years ago and used it once. It makes tasty cold brew, but I felt there were too many parts to the thing. Too complicated cold brew doesn’t have to be complicated. I now use a cold brew device in the form of a two-quart Mason jar with a stainless steel coffee filter and screw-on lid. The coffee this machine produces is incredible in taste.

What I’ve learned is that I need to be less of an impulse buyer. This method is much cheaper and works as good as anything I’ve run across: Buy whole bean coffee and grind it coarse yourself. Doing this will make a considerable difference in the flavor of your coffee.
Start with 1/4 cup of grounds and throw them on a mason jar with water. Shake and let it sit out for 12 hours or in your fridge for 24 hours, and it’s done. Now, remove the inner lid of the Mason jar, cover the pot with a paper coffee filter or cheesecloth, and replace the outer cover, allowing you to pour out and filter grounds at the same time. You could also pour it into a bowl. Adjust to your personal tastes, and there you go. I’ve also used a coffee sock, which brews well, but cleaning the hose can be a hassle. It’s necessarily a reusable bag you can put coffee or teas into to brew.
