Hidden in the small town of Ephraim, is located in Wisconsin’s ever so popular Isley Coffee Roasters. Although everyone knows that Isely is the has grown to become the best coffee roasters, one must try it to experience it truly. The place stands apart from the rest of the roasters over the kind of coffee they roast. At Isely Coffee Roasters, they roast single-origin coffees. This also means that they do not have an espresso blend.

At the Isely Coffee Roasters, one would also find themselves enjoying their manual brew, nitro, or Rishi tea. A little on the significance of the town itself, Ephraim. The place is also home to the legendary Wilson’s Restaurant and Ice Cream Parlor. It now is also home to the Ephriam Coffee Lab. to make it easier for everyone, its located at a convenient spot and has ample parking facilities.

At the coffee lab, you will find yourself intrigued by the interiors of the place. Although it is a work progress, it holds great potential. The coffee lab is home to the roasting equipment and has a cafe for the visitors. The furniture is of the local hardwood. As it is a popular spot, there may be a queue outside the door. That being so, Isely Coffee Roasters is worth the wait.

Ethiopia-V60-

a simple way to describe the flavour is berry-like, winey, and citrus. Even as you taste it, you’ll be able to make out these flavours. One may also feel like they’re tasting a somewhat unique salsa-like taste in the V60. In a very unlike coffee attribute where you have to dig to get the flavour, you do not have to do that in this coffee. The taste is pretty upfront and adds to the pleasant experience.

Cortado-

This is a Guatemalan espresso. It comes with a hefty punch of flavour, which will surely not disappoint.

Iced Caramel Latte- this coffee is a Guatemalan espresso with iced milk. The iced caramel latte with blended the 1883 Caramel syrup,  completes the drink. As you drink this coffee, you will realize that the espresso blends really smoothly. It doesn’t even have a bitter or acidic taste.

Isely Coffee Roasters: Latte-

Whole milk and a double espresso shot make up the Latte at the Isely Coffee Roasters. It is a classic at the cafe. It is a comforting latte which one can enjoy at the cafe. 

Along with the choices of coffee offered at the Isely Coffee Roasters, it has a dedicated dessert and bakery section. You should definitely check it out. They have treats like lucky charms pop tart, orange buttermilk biscuits, Biscoff Pop-Tart, and Espresso doughnuts.these are just a few among the many desserts offered at the cafe.
